Aside from creating custom one of a kind pieces we also reproduce Chinese furniture from the Ming and Qing dynasties (16th - 20th century).
When reproducing Ming and Qing dynasty furniture it is imperative to maintain the integrity of the piece by utilizing the original joinery and techniques used in the past. Many of the tools used to make this type of furniture are no longer commercially available. So most times I will reproduce the tools before I reproduce the furniture in order to help maintain the integrity of each piece.
